Update: To initiate a connection with fellow members:

1)Select the "Members" tab on homepage:
2)Select the user you would like to creat a connection with.
3) This will bring up a basic profile page. Select "CB Profile" in the right hand corner
4)This brings you to the users "Portrait" Select the "Connections" tab
5) Select "Request Connection". (A connection will allow for Private Messages and more.)
6) Once the user accepts your request, you can then PM and share files with approved user.
7) Track your connections via the "connections" tab below your/or users profile.
